The Importance of Inclusion in Learning
When I was a young intern at Lawrence Liver National Lab, we had a very international group. There was this immediate inclusivity and integration of the of different cultures into what we were doing to make us better. And then later we were having some challenges with some processes. So I went to my group, and I said, Hey, you know, help me figure out what's the best way to move this forward. You got to have that mindset for being a Thunderbird.
