God Never Responds the First Time

The story of Avram and god is about a man who wants to know why his son will not be the heir. God doesn't want to tell avram, but he does give him some insight that could screw up his story. In the midst of this whole conversationAvram chooses to lean into the story and trust s promises. He was credited as humanrighteousness; now it's hard for me to keep faith in this story.
