How to Be a Great Customer Service Startup

Last quarter, we onboarded a million customers to wise. We now have 16 million customers and 70% of them are women. 60% of customers recommend purely on price with money transfer. And so we needed to build a product that was 10 times cheaper than anyone else. So banks charge 7% to move money internationally. We charge 0.3%. When you're sending a thousand pounds or a thousand dollars, you save $67 with wise. If you do that four times, you save over $200.
