Is This an Interference?
It seems to me quite certainly to be an interference when it effectually nullifies three pretty carefully considered decisions of the domestic courts. That is, in my book, an interference. But that's not inconsistent with what i've just said. It's quite true that the single judge has not er opined about the merits of the underlying policy of sending people turuanda. What it has done is to say that there is a risk of irreparable damage in circumstances where judges at every level of the u k. Judicial system have said no significant risk of ir damage.
