The Importance of Prioritizing Time

There's so much emphasis now on batch brewing, even in the specialty shops. In taking that four to seven minutes to get a coffee, obviously that does not work for a lot of people and their daily routines when they want coffee at a cafe. So it's really about the prioritization of that time. Some people would prefer not to wait in line for a coffee that takes a long time to make. But if you design the store in a certain way, if you make the performance practice of making coffee underscore the rarity we all have of paying $5 for something extraordinary, then maybe people will prioritize their time better.
