Are You Sleeping Eight Hours?

Some of the fatigue that people are feeling is actually realy to circatian rhythms. We would want adults to sleep somewhere between six and nine hours, in terms of norms. Not getting enough sleep is associated with serious health problems like high blood pressure,. cardio vascular disease, dipetes and depression. Doctor carney says the aggressive messaging about getting eight hours or its certain doom is not exactly true and can be really counter productive.
