The Importance of Mentors in Careers

I think that I've not always been as intentional about seeking out mentors as I should be. And like I said, like maybe early on when I didn't even recognize the mentors that I had as mentors and I see them that way now. But what I do know is that I have people that I've kind of collected along the way who have been mentors to me. We need more designers like you for sure.
