What Is a War Crime?
thermobarric weapons are basically a lot of fuel that are exploded to create a massive impact. They were developed, and i saw them with my own eyes as a young tank commander in the first gulf war. Are they also called vacuum bombs? Is it the same thing? I believe they are. The basic fundamental is, in a conflict, attacking civilians is a war crime.
