How Do We Attend to the Social Aspect of the Conversation?
The individual may be accurate in all respects, they're attending to the accuracy of data to topic. They're not attending in that situation to the social aspect, the people aspect. The worker doesn't need that much attention to person, those around him do. And therefore it actually works against him because he's not getting the promotion that he wants.
