The Shadow of Setting Away Mission Presidents

Anonymous: I had an interesting experience watching my in-laws be set apart as mission presidents. Instead of the same general authority just setting her apart, we waited while they found another man in the building to come and do it. So I would love to know more about this policy or thoughts behind that. Anonymous: In my life, I have fluctuated in being a tithing pair, sometimes full, sometimes partial, and sometimes I am not paying. And I appreciate your encouragement that tithing should be separate from worthiness.
