Business Model Design - The Biggest Thing I Learned
Don't build your business on one pillar. Don't design a business model depending on one technology, one customer base or one market. If something changed, is you can't do anything about it. So when i designed our business model, i designed it with a dramatic balance of markets, customers, technology. It's not about getting the right people on the bus. It's about building a safe bus and then having drivers who know where they're going and how to get there safely.
