How Does Marketing Achieve That Predictability?

The job of marketing is to replenish salespeople's queues at the start of every day. Every day, each salesperson on average gets pushed 10 new ops to replace the 10 they closed yesterday. So we have to allow for a variation in quality but that should be expected though. Sales is probabilistic. There's no way of eliminating and nor would it be healthy to attempt to eliminate variation in quality if by quality we mean variation in win rate. I'm not sure it's even healthy to equate quality with win rate.
