What Does Wellness Mean to You?

Farris: Wellness to me is having time to just read a book and have an hour to myself. Sometimes it's sort of eating sensibly. I think if you can get all those three things together, that's what gold standard wellness would be like. Farris: When I first started Women's Health, wellness was about looking good for sure. But let's be honest, we did all of those,. you know, drop address size, you know, shred fat fast.
