The Importance of Taste in Mac and Cheese

To me, the eggs are used as a texture thing to make it more of a solid brick. So not necessarily so you can cut it just so it like it comes out easier. But that said, if you're somebody who loves a creamy mac and cheese, there's so many different styles of mac and cheese from stove top to baked. Do an egg, eggy macaroni pie. She's not wrong.
