Raj: I had to understand how to use their tool. They were my customer, but I was in that process where I only knew how to operate that tool from an analyst perspective and not really like a system administrator or a security guy. So I had to kind of learn it really quickly,. And then also spin it out. But yeah, the most crucial feedback sessions I've ever had are 45 minutes to tell me his journey as an SE. He said don't be afraid to take risks to go to a startup. Raj: It's just that in this situation, they're ready to bring me in as a customer success person.
