The Power of Spiritual Truths in Science and Technology
It seems like truth is incredibly powerful, not just in terms of being able to navigate form and create science and technology. How do we make a beautiful future of life with these intelligent systems that we create, which awareness may come along for the ride in them as instantiations of life? And it seems like particular spiritual truths like this sense of sharing being with all of creation, the knowing of true nature, the reality of both happiness and of suffering in all of the other creatures around you. That these are all just like truths or facts that if we only had enough mindfulness and awareness and practice of could make it into our technology.
