The SEC's Lawsuit Against Coinbase

Two days ago, the SEC announced that they filed a lawsuit against Binance. That sent Bitcoin tumbling, although it didn't go below $25,000. And then today or this morning,. the SEC announced another lawsuit that is filing against Coinbase. It really makes no sense if you think about the fact that  Coinbase just went public a couple of years ago.
