How to Test Aptitude for High Potential Individuals

Karl: How do you identify what you call high potential individuals? What does that look like? It's quite a long process. So we advertise a lot and we do word of mouth things and that sort of thing. And if somebody does well in the aptitude test, it generally means like either you or someone you know has maybe the aptitude to take the stuff on. That is a challenge on its own.
