It's going to be very interesting to see actually, and I know that you're going to keep your powder dry on that. We're already seeing a couple of major US firms who have announced their figures have been flatlining. It raises a very interesting question, whether some of these US firms that have been unbelievably prolific in hiring will pay an awful lot of money to headhunters as well. But now the deals at the back end of last year were not coming in to quite justify those sort of things. Clearly we're going to see a tailing off of the revenue growth.
