The Distraction of Reparations
I think that there is a difference between acknowledging history, which is a good thing. Even even apologies can be useful to some extent. And we can get into the apologies that already have been issued and people don't actually know about a separate issue. That is the conversation that people of goodwill should want to have - not how much should we pay the great, great, great,. great, great grandchild of a slave.
