The challenge becomes when there's this more thoughtful way of running capital markets on the other side, and how do we actually resolve to some medium ground here? The role of the arbiter is to protect those from being taken advantage of. I don't know if there is a world where we can assume that, even with a free and open internet, that these systems can truly be decentralized given the reach that governments have.
