I think the biggest thing that that helped me in my transition was how welcoming. I understand I got my opportunity through injury but how welcoming the guys were so Danny care Jamie Roberts who was outside me at the time, Yardie, Lows them would always put their arm around me and say, well obviously challenged me if I was making a lot of stupid decisions  but almost back me as well. To cap it all off JK John Kingston at the time said to me Marcus there's no wrong decisions. You you won't make any wrong decisions. And then that goes wrong is not your fault and I was like shit for the boss to say that to me. He kind of liberated
