The Best Force Field Ever

Fear burns a lot of energy, right? A lot of brain glucose. Self care and feeding our brains intentionally is something that's within our power as well to kind of defend us against fear mechanically. I would say the third one is a contribution. How even with me, if i have a fear of public speaking,. What i think about is that one person in the audience that i want to contribute to. And that takes my focus off of my own anxiety or butterflies, and i put my attention on service contribution.
