Take action immediately, right exactly when you make the decision. The same day is the best, but i thinkthe the same day is good. Do something right now immediately. This really helps, cause then the fear's gone. Then you feel like, oh, yes, i made a decision and i did something. Immediately, an o it. It'll create the opposite. You have more confidence that I did it. I didn't just talk about it. I took an action. And then this will build. And the next day you do something again and again and again.
