The online world of politics in particular is so polarized and can become so heated. Hillary Clinton famously went to a diner, as they all do, left a tip at the end. But instead of leaving the tip personally for the waitress, she got her staff to give it to the guy who ran the diner. That's how the Clintons roll. It was a catastrophe for her. Maybe it told the nation something about Hillary Clinton as well. And it's that kind of stuff, I think, that you would lose if you didn't do this retail politics.
