Hunter's Plea Deal With the DOJ Is Conditioned on an Addict Staying Clean

The current agreement is conditioned on an addict staying clean, including from alcohol. So I actually found that in some ways to be the most vulnerable aspect of this plea deal. It's ultimately a worse day for Hunter Biden because he doesn't get his plea deal which contained language that if push came to shove, probably almost certainly would say he couldn't be prosecuted for the FARA stuff. But as of right now, when you've got a good deal and you're the defendant and it falls apart in court, that's not your favorite moment.
