Building a Culture of Trust
The most critical thing to dhefounder success is building a culture of trust. If your employees trust you, and you trust your employees to make the best decisions for you, you've killed it. You also build that by showing a certain amount of compassionless empathy. It can be very hard in an environment waye when you're trying to do things really fast. But if you're in the game for a longer time, or if you know that you now you're it for the long run, you probably have to give a little bit of a leve for people to make mistakes.
