It's more illing when you can give somebody a chance to do something that they haven't done before, for me and for them, there's more fulfilment. While i can get rich kit just at some point, that doesn't keep you going at the end of the day would also come. I imagine there's an element of compensation to this strategy too, which translates to capital efficiencyh, nonot really, no. O, do give equity versus cash? But i don't think so.I never really made any kind of decision on people b based on that. O, yo, get o get the right the right person, and then pay the right compensation for the right
