The Beginning of Wisdom in the Book of Proverbs
The son is supposed to take a posture similar to that by which Lady Wisdom was described in chapter one. The fear of the Lord has earlier been described as the beginning of wisdom. Far too many people receive wisdom somewhat reluctantly rather than running after it.
