The Importance of OKRs in a Transformational Business
The company started off with trying to get to the bare few OKRs and we actually started on three. What we realized was that we probably did need a fourth although we tried to keep it to the power of three. The other three would drive ultimately company performance by not having a specific OKR that focused on company performance what it meant is that culturally it could look like we weren't still 100% focused on the performance of the company yeah.
