I Love That You Said These Tagalog Words Over With Your Mom
I love that you like ran These Tagalog words over with your mom and like just really made sure that it's very authentic. Even to this day I Personally get really excited when I see any form of like Asian character on TV or movies or anything. But then when they open their mouth and they say like I speak Mandarin, I'm almost like offended in a way. It's like oh my god You guys cast someone who doesn't truly embody this like Asian American Character It kind of takes you out of that immersion a little bit.
