Is There a Dead Line for the Gifts?

One corinthians 13 is a foundation to the teaching on the use of gifts in the community. If i speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, i am a noisy gong or a clanging symbol. As for prophecies, they will pass away. As for tongues, they will see. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. It does not rejoice at wrong doing, but rejoices with the truth. The time of the gifts has already passed away. Let's let's hear it.
