The Importance of Relationships in Design Systems

I think it taught me so much around design systems is about relationships. It's such a service model of building things for others, seeing how they're using those components and then feeding that back into the system. This meant a lot of teaching in Figma and making sure that everyone was comfortable with the foundational tools like Auto Lab or components properties. That way they could build the best components or use the components to their advantage within the design.
