Fuh is the ultimate hangover food. The fatty meats thing I do get, the fat does not soak up the alcohol. That's a lie. But it tastes really nice. Hangover meals was that Valentina Tex-Mex barbecue. Handmade flour tortillas, quaso, guac, every kind of saucey you can imagine. And just every single bite just washed down with just desperate chugs of Gatorade.
