How to Be a Strategist
At this point you're expected to be much more skilled at soft skills I believe at presenting maybe even project management at critique. This is when you start being a little bit more of a almost visionary. When you get to the sort of super top level and my opinion you're becoming a strategist, that's where you can become either team leader or director design manager.
