I used to take detailed notes on my phone, tablet or computer. Now I argue that it is optimal because you're now servicing the right relationship. Boundaries with kids are really like the idea of right now,. I've used this since my daughter was like four and my son has always assumed this. And one thing that when I heard you speak about it, then I read in the book, capture what resonates. My thing has always been capture everything, regret nothing.
