The introduction of the book was really fun for me because it was really getting me getting to tell my story. I had terrible test anxiety growing up and didn't perform well on tests until I dealt with that. Like, whoa, gosh, if I could go back to college and like change my major, I would have been like, how do I study life itself? That is cool. And we actually edited like half of it out because it was just too much to talk about. My book covers a lot of metabolic disease and mental disease that are rooted in mitochondrial dysfunction. It took me years of learning how to fix myself at the point where I'm not the kind of health expert
