Public nouns is a new avenue for different types of users to come and join and fund public goods. I think it's also like a nice governance experience as well because you know one public noun equals one vote which is in the context of RC 20s treasury governance thus far. It's an interesting experiment to see how how things are being governed if it's like one of NFT one vote.
