The Importance of Working Out

When I lived in New York and Brooklyn, when I was younger, you know, used to go out quite a bit. And obviously the bars there don't close to four. So you can you can do some damage. One of my roommates had a little bit too much drink. The next day was just finally hung over. He decided he was going to drink enough water to drown the entire Williamsburg district that we lived in. That is not that is not my go to. But like working out, I think that's a slightly better job of that.
