How Do You Make Cut Scenes With Virtual Cameras?

With virtual lighting you could put basically an atmospheric ball in there invisible I mean it's just this let's put atmospheric ball over there then when the light hits it you get the shafts of light. so then with your virtual lighting you would see a scene one day and then two days later you might notice that something else had been added or moved to another part of the film. "I thought they were kidding me almost nothing because things were continuing to come out of the process in bits and pieces," says director Jim Wickens, who is also co-producer on The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.
