Training Stress Score

Training stress score is not that at all. It's a load score, and it doesn't take you to account the actual stress of n and things changing during the workout. And so i just tried to exemplify this through this model, so that we can qualify load. Load is what we apply. It's its duration times intensity. But then during the workout, stress occurs, sometimes very little, sometimes a whole lot. For me, stress then-is a growing challenge to meet the demands that the load requires. My body is stressed at meeting that demand. Even though the load is stained constant, the internal cost of achieving that load is in creasing throughout the ride,. ok?
