Still Alice by Lisa Jenova

Still Alice by Lisa Jenova does a great job at not just trying to convey what a sufferer of Alzheimer's disease goes through, but what everyone around them goes through. I didn't close the book and feel so overcome with, you know, how some books you read and you like, well, it's like my whole family died. Yeah. Still Alice is a very concise story. It's not a very long book, but its subject matter is so heavy. And yet I didn't cry once. She was just awed by how this author put me in Alice's brain from the first page.
