automation is where it's going, but i still think that even in a highly automated mocting am department function, you need such an active e level of creative. Its about asking the questions, what if we could do it this way? You know, rather than just doing the ten% tweak over here. We're using technology and data to enable that, but that's not the driver. It's the idea and the passion to do it. I've seen some truly outstanding ideas come from that, from all areas within the marketing team.
