Mishi jah mishi is a nero scientist by training. His research has to do with how the brain pays attention. He found that stress and threat can make it hard to pay attention. So he started practising mindfulness, which helped him focus more easily. Mishi says his work shows fusion of ancient methods now making their way into main stream.
