Chris Mellon's Time Scale Is Set Essentially After the Carrot and the Stick
Chris Mellon is trying to get that language in there and these people to come forward, along with many others. He seems pretty confident that people are ready to talk. But most of that, if not all of it will happen in a classified setting still probably or behind closed doors settings. So this legislation might let them talk to the senators and hopefully it'll just snowball and become a preponderance of evidence.
