You Can Be a Watercolor Purist but You Don't Have to Be
I'm not a watercolor purist either. Like I have no problem putting a bit of gouache. It's getting what you're trying to achieve and you'll find your way. Right now I'm doing a bunch of analog stuff, but the book that just came out for the San Diego Zoo, I did all digital. So I kind of alternate. The artwork probably doesn't look in the end that different from each other,. But a lot of times it just depends how I want to approach it.
