Terry Lyn's New Testimony Revealed
terry lyn confirmed that when she first confessed to the police, she lied and blamed michael rafferdy for the murder. She said she did it becausete i didn't really believe what really happened. Also went on to say she wanted to ensure that he would never be able to harm a child again. The jury was instructed by the judge that, in light of these events, they couldn't rely on previous testimonies from terry lyn, and to only consider her latest testimony.
