Marathon Training

I have found in the past, when I felt a bit more kind of race ready that park run. It does tend to be your tempo run because you try and push yourself a bit. You can't help but be slightly competitive when you're surrounded by other people who are running. One of my favourite marathon training sessions when I was training for Berlin Marathon last year was run 5K two park run, easy, and then run park run hard. So as hard as you want to run it and then 5K easy home and then you've clocked up a 15K run on a Saturday morning before like 10 o'clock in the morning. Brilliant.
