Manual Therapy and the Boss
I would say manual therapy has become less and less of my role. For some patients our hands are a Really vital important part of our facilitatory toolkit, you know, how we facilitate someone to get going again But but only for some they don't need it all I've seen some patients who you don't touch and they get better And you know, I've not touched them once and they get lots better. We draw back to that dualistic type idea that pain is coming from damage in your tissues So I think manual therapy is vital, but I think it's also vital to to reframe it.
