Video Games May Be Better Parent

A few years ago, my daughter was nervous and unsure about the competitive swim team that she was about to sign up for in high school. So i wanted to encourage her to join the swim teams. I thought it would have a bunch of great benefits. But then i sort of caught myself and rememberd some research i've read about this kind of thing. And video games keep us engaged by encouraging these kinds of growth mind sets.
